Support
Our franchise is built on Franchisee Support. From day one, we provide business planning, site-selection and acquisition advice, fit-out options, funding signposting and daily operational guidance—helping you make the right decisions at every stage.
You and your team receive 1:1 training from practitioners who use our systems daily, backed by detailed Operations Manuals. We’ll also support your opening week to ensure you deliver the Chunkeez experience flawlessly.
Post-launch, we conduct regular audits, host business-development meetings and roll out a tailored marketing and social-media plan to drive territory growth. Our reliable supply chain guarantees on-time delivery of top-quality products so you can focus on delighting customers.
Finances
Our business model is based on a number of key fees
• An upfront Franchise Fee that will provide a complete package of support to get you launched successfully.
• A Monthly Royalty Fee that will encourage you to grow the business beyond your expectations
• A Monthly Marketing Levy that is used to promote your store, and there are even more marketing campaigns that you can buy into on a voluntary basis
Your major investment will be in finding a site and fitting it out.

Yes, our renewable 5 year Franchise Agreement allows our Franchisees to sell their business subject to a number of simple conditions.
